Please note that this Fan Pass platform and functionality is “Powered by Cirkay” on behalf of the relevant business or brand creating or issuing the Fan Passes.  Cirkay is acting as a service provider to that relevant business or brand, and in relation to the handling of any personal data, is merely a Data Processor on their behalf.  The business or brand that creates or issues the Fan Passes is the relevant Data Controller.  Please be assured that Cirkay has no independent rights to collect or use your personal data in any way other than to supply services to, and under the strict instruction of, the relevant business or brand.

Cirkay will at all times comply with all applicable data protection / privacy laws and regulations in handling, processing and protecting your personal data. This also applies to any subcontractor / sub processor we engage to assist us in providing certain parts of the platform functionality, and we will contract with them to ensure they fulfil these obligations and restrictions, and at all times comply with all applicable laws.

You should check the Privacy Notice of the relevant business or brand creating or issuing the Fan Passes to ensure you are happy with how they themselves will collect and use your data.
